College Application and Essay Intensives Terms and Conditions: This document contains the terms and conditions ("Agreement") that apply to your participation in the College Application and Essay Intensives ("Intensive"). Please carefully read and understand these terms before proceeding. Registration and Eligibility: To participate in the Intensive, you must complete the registration process. Only registered attendees are eligible to participate. Intensive Purpose: The Intensive aims to provide attendees with valuable information, guidance, and resources to assist in the college application process. Confidentiality: All materials distributed during the Intensive, including documents and resources, are intended solely for the use of the attendee. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing these materials without express written consent from Calli Christenson is strictly prohibited. Participation: Attendees are encouraged to actively engage in the Intensive, including asking questions and participating in discussions. Respectful Conduct: Respect and courtesy towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants are expected. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Zoom Usage: Attendees are required to have a fully functioning camera and microphone when participating in the Intensive on Zoom, ensuring active engagement. Quiet and Private Space: Attendees are strongly recommended to join the Intensive from a quiet and private space to minimize distractions. Attendees should not join the Intensive from places like a coffee shop, cafe, or car. Additionally, attendees should have access to and use a laptop computer or desktop computer for these sessions (iPads are not recommended and phones are not allowed). Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created by an attendee during the Intensive, such as essays or personal statements, remains the property of the attendee. However, Calli Christenson may request permission to use attendee work for promotional or educational purposes, providing due credit without additional compensation. Changes to Intensive: Calli Christenson reserves the right to make adjustments to the Intensive schedule or content to enhance the learning experience. Termination: Calli Christenson retains the right to terminate an attendee's participation in the Intensive for non-compliance with this Agreement or disruptive behavior, without refund.
